FINDING YOUR PURPOSE

NKJV, Esther 4: 14 “For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

CEV, Esther 4: 14 If you don’t speak up now, we will somehow get help, but you and your family will be killed. It could be that you were made queen for a time like this!

When you hear from Heaven (that is God’s plan/purpose for you), and then you do it on Earth: & God will Make all your enemies, & barriers, into Signs & Wonders, and then He Give you success. Don’t hang on tightly to earthly things because they disappear so quickly – Don’t seek after earthly things but seek after God…& you’ll hear from Heaven;

When you decide to obey God & you do His purpose for you, He will go before you &/or make your crocked ways smooth. So, we should pray that; ‘…God open doors that nobody can open & close doors that nobody can close…’ Until a man encounters God his purpose in life is not clear – The Word Gives us the accurate info.

The only way we can do what God wants us to do is to walk in the spirit (Gal; 5, 16). The spirit will lead you to do what’s right always, if only you will follow Him (His promptings). We are light in a dark world so let your light shine Be a blessing to other people on purpose.

Jesus is the hope of the world, but people are not going see Jesus if they do not see Him through His people – Wherever God has got you at; whether it is at work, or neighbourhood, or school, or church, etc, you have specially been Put there by God for a purpose – AND YOUR PURPOSE IS TO SHINE

Jesus came not to facilitate our vision for the future, but for the right purpose for our life. God Put Joseph in Egypt on purpose, so He is also Putting in your job, etc on purpose for such a time like this.

Do not allow your problems on this earth to cause you to lose sight of YOUR PURPOSE; You were born into this world with a purpose, and for a purpose. You are not just in this earth here randomly, God Has you here for a purpose. You are an overcomer; you have been Empowered by God to overcome.

Mordecai finished by suggesting to Esther the possibility that she had become queen “for such a time as this” (4:14). He reinforces the idea that, all of Esther’s life and the series of unusual events that led her to become queen, there was a greater purpose for her.

The story of Esther is a powerful testimony within the Scriptures. It tells about Esther who risked her life in order to save the people of God from danger. Esther faced the decision between what was easy and what was difficult, and she chose the more difficult way because it was the right thing to do.

Esther 4:14 points out that Esther’s purpose in life was tied to this very moment. She was Crafted and Shaped by God in order to fulfill His Purposes in her generation. She was Placed in this unique situation by God.

While most of us might not be servants in the house of a king or queen, we all have difficult decisions to make in life. Every day we are faced with situations that have easy answers, and some that are difficult.

The story of Esther teaches us that God has Gifted each of us for a specific purpose. Even though the journey isn’t always easy, God Promises to be with us as we follow the path He’s Called us to.

Additionally, Esther did not accomplish her purpose alone. She had the support of her community fasting and praying for her. Similarly, we cannot make it through life alone. We need the support of our community praying for us. And they need us in their lives as well.

Take some time today to think about your own story. How is it similar to Esther’s? Consider the unique purpose that God has Created you for. Pray to Him for strength to make the right decision in life, and to persevere in following where He leads.

What does it mean to be born for such a time as this? – “For such a time as this.” It’s a phrase tossed around frequently, often without much thought to the original meaning or context in which it was said. It can mean: ‘special’, ‘chosen’, or ‘royal’. Many people even quote Mordecai’s rebuke to Esther as a life-verse representing power and favor.

The words of Esther 4:14 ought to inspire your praise of God and your testimony of His Providence working in your life. When you are able to experience God’s Working all things together for good to them that love Him, you would want to praise Him more.
