FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST AND IN THE ANOINTING OF JESUS, HEALED HIM (Bartimaeus)
Christ is not the last name of Jesus… the word Christ is the Greek name for the Hebrew word ‘Messiah’, literally meaning ‘The Anointed One and His anointing’. Jesus was the most powerful, most anointed man Who ever lived on earth… from His birth He was known as the anointed One… Matthew 1:16 (TPT)
As Jesus was walking by him, Bartimaeus heard who it was that was passing and called out to Him: “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” (Mark 10:47). By calling Jesus the “Son of David,” the blind man was affirming his belief that Jesus was the Messiah (see 2 Samuel 7:14–16).
Keep the WORD in your eyes, ears, and heart for a life worth living. Bartimaeus said, “Jesus, Son of David, Messiah, have Mercy on me.” He threw away his Jacket (that was an Act of Faith), then he run to Jesus. Jesus asked him, “What do you need?” Bartimaeus answered, “I need my eyesight.” Jesus said, “Your faith has made you whole.” (That meant he had his family, money and everything back, because Mercy had been delivered to him. He had been made whole.)
Get ready; start checking yourself for healing. The Healing Power is Working here and now. Jesus is the same today as He was when He Healed on earth (Hebrews 13:8). The Word got out that Jesus Preached recovery of sight to the blind. Jesus Touched the two blind men, they received their eyesight, and they followed Him (Matthew 20:30).
“Rejoice and pray without ceasing (see 1 Thessalonians 5:16-17). You can pray even in the grocery line and in the car. Quench not the Spirit. Despise not prophesying. Give thanks (see 1 Thessalonians 5:18-20). Don’t give thanks for the mess; the giving of thanks is the will of God for you: “The very God of peace sanctify you wholly, and I pray God your whole spirit, soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our LORD Jesus Christ. Faithful is He who promised who also will do it” (1 Thessalonians 5:23-24)

Thank You, Father, that You plan for us to live a good life on this earth—a long, healthy life. Cause us to listen and obey You when it comes to our thoughts, our words and our actions. We belong to You. We are in Your family, and we receive THE BLESSINGS of Your kingdom. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
