NKJV, John 16: 8 And when he is come, he will reprove (convict) the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
Conviction is the Holy Spirit Telling you that your behavior is bad – it’s an indication that you need to repent. Celebrate or rejoice over Conviction. When you get born-again you get a new nature and sin is foreign to the new nature, so if you sin and you don’t feel any Conviction than you are not a Christian. We should be thankful for The Holy Spirit’s Conviction. Follow the Holy Spirit & be a witness to win the world. When you receive Conviction from God, don’t let it condemn you.
The Holy Spirit Dwells on the inside of you and He Will Lead you by Convictions, Teachings, Guidance, Revelation, etc. Learn how to listen for instruction, inward conviction, and fresh ideas, that’s the Holy Spirit speaking to you! When you decide to live for God, friends and or family will not like it, because your decisions may bring convictions to them, so they get mad at you and try to put you off even before you can start
Father God doesn’t condemn you. The Holy Spirit too doesn’t Condemn you either, He Convicts you but it is satan who uses the Conviction to condemn you and also to deceive you. Condemnation will destroy you
