Matt 24:45-46 – “v45. Who then is the faithful and wise slave, whom the master has put in charge of his household, to give the other slaves their food at the proper time? v46. Blessed is that slave whom the master finds at work when he comes.”
Beloved, there are important truths God Expects every Child of His to think about from time to time. If the only thing that mattered was our personal Salvation, God Would Have Taken us up to Him straight after accepting Jesus as our Savior.
God Has work for us to do but the devil is also going to do everything to put you off track. Keep developing your Faith & be prepared for whatever trials the devil throws; The stronger your Faith is the better you will be able to face whatever challenges that come your way. Be a real serious student of The Word of God in the development of your Faith. We must continually feed our Faith with THE WORD & build our-ourselves up in order to fulfil What God Desires for us to do.
Every Christian is Called into the ministry to be a witness for God – even in your workplace you can tell people about Christ, that’s why God Will Not Leave you powerless (Acts 1; 8) We should be thankful for The Holy Spirit’s Conviction. Let us follow His Guidance & be a witness to win the world. Preach always (by your dally lifestyle), & if necessary use words also.
If we are called to live for Jesus after our personal salvation on earth, that clearly indicated that we have assignments to fulfil. Jesus, after Rebuking His disciples to be ready for His Second Coming. He Explained that the wise and faithful servants He Would Carry Along are, those He Will come and meet working to His Glory.
Beloved, the question we ought to ask ourselves from time to time is, what work have we been Assigned to do as we wait for Christ’s second coming? Clearly, we are to consistently work towards three (3) things:
- Live like Jesus,
- 2. Save the lost and
- 3. Grow the saved. To these tasks, we have been called to be stewards. We have been called to serve in the Kingdom of Christ until He finally comes.
2 Cor 5: v18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation v19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation v20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.
Unfortunately, Jesus Will Come and Meet some of us neglecting the Christian life of Holiness, our work of ministry, and our call to soul winning. He Will surely Come and Meet Faithful and wise ones as well who will be busily committed to God’s business. My prayer for you is that you will be part of the faithful ones. May Christ come and find you a Faithful steward, amen!
Say this prayer: Father, I commit myself to faithfully serve Your will and purpose for my life and ministry. Grant me Grace LORD, in Jesus’ name amen.
