THERE IS SOMETHING POWERFUL IN THE NAME OF JESUS.
We must know the reality of the Authority of the Name of Jesus.
Acts 3; 1-11, 16 – v16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong, whom ye see and know: yea, the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all
Acts 4: 10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
Have a victorious sense inside of you; you are armed & dangerous because of The Power in Name of Jesus, & in The Blood of Jesus. We have permission to use The Name of Jesus. The Body of Christ Has been Given authority over satan in The Name of Jesus. Every born-again child of God has been Given The Name of Jesus.
There are 3 Ways in Jesus Obtained The Authority in His NAME
1. He Inherited The Authority.
Heb 1: 1 – God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets.
Heb 1: 2 – Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
Heb 1: 4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
2.The Authority Was Conferred on Him
Phil 2: 9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name.
Phil 2: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.
Heb 1: 8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
3. He Obtained The Authority by Conquest
Col: 2; 15 – And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
The Bible Says:
Heb 2: 14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
And Jesus Himself Said;
Rev 1: 18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death. – He Took the keys away from satan, by Conquest.
We pray to The Father in the name of Jesus Christ. We got everything; The Word of God, The Name of Jesus, The Blood of Jesus, The Anointing, The Holy Spirit, Angels, etc. Satan does not have power over us – we are not under his thumb, he’s under our feet – we have authority over him The Name of Jesus
Don’t struggle to do by yourself, ie don’t work at being a Christian, but enjoy your Christian walk. God Wants us to Ask Him & He Will Work. Ask God in The Name of Jesus, there’s Power in That Name. Because there is power in your mouth, tell your problems that; ‘problems! In The Name of Jesus, be cast away into the sea.’
There is victory for the believer who hold on firm TO THE NAME OF JESUS. Faith in the Name is Faith in Him:
No wonder, The Bible Says
Acts 4: 12 – Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
The name of Jesus Can Do anything The Person Jesus Can Do.
