Divine Protection Comes from God, The Creator of Heaven and earth. Those seeking Divine Protection elsewhere have gone astray. This prayer for Divine protection is based on the Bible. It is a compilation of God’s Promises in the Bible to Protect His Children.
How do you pray for Divine Protection?
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Being Our Protector. We look to You for Your shelter from all hurt, harm and danger. We put our Faith in Your Name, for we find our complete protection and safety in You, our Heavenly Father. And so, by Faith we run to You for Divine Protection.
When you get a born-again, it does not that mean the devil will leave you alone. No, he will try to attack you but when you are in Christ, so Jesus’ Power Covers you and His Divine Protection is yours; and even when the devil attacks you, he is not able to put you down because you are Covered by a Devine Protection.
Here are some few examples;
- Job 1; 10 – Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side?… – God protects His people. The Covenant puts a protective hedge around us,

Ps 5:12 – For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield – God’s protections encompass (encircles) us, so sickness & diseases cannot touch us… - Ps 34; 7 – The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them – When you get Born-again satan cannot kill you, cannot destroy you, and cannot touch you.
- Ps; 91, 1-2: Ps; 5, 12 – When we are in the ‘secret’ place = we are safe, stable, fixed. There is protection (shield or covering from dander) in the Covenant.
You and I will remain untouched because we are God’s Own Personal Property. The devil knows that he cannot touch us, we do not belong to him, we don’t belong to any disease, we don’t belong sickness, etc, we have been Redeemed from those things. In Rev 1: 18, Jesus Reveals Himself as The Victor over all evil forms, that is why you don’t have to fear. People of God, God is on our side and we’ve The Power of The Holy Spirit Backing us up
Walking in The Light of THE WORD assures us of God’s Protection against the devil. But you cannot purposely choose to do the wrong thing & expect Divine Protection.
